Webb’s Place takes care to ensure all orders and firearm transfers are processed efficiently and securely. Orders typically ship once full payment and all required FFL documentation have been received.
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit once the package has been handed to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available, and a signature will be required upon delivery of all firearm and ammunition shipments.
To help speed up the process, customers may contact their selected dealer directly to have their FFL license sent to Webb’s Place, referencing their name and order details.
Please note:
- Firearms and ammunition must be shipped separately in accordance with carrier and federal regulations.
- Shipping times may vary depending on carrier availability, verification, and destination.
- Returns are not accepted once a firearm has been transferred to the customer. We recommend inspecting your firearm thoroughly before final acceptance.
- If a firearm is found to have a factory defect prior to transfer, we will coordinate with the manufacturer or dealer for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Ammunition and accessory sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
